Hotel meets all European standards.
Everything is very good. Rooms are big and clean. Staff is exceptional friendly. It has big restaurant and Cafe inside. Breakfast was exceptional

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good
When I booked the rooms with booking.com, I ticked for breakfast included. But when we got there, we were charged extra for breakfast. The rooms were very small, no space to hang clothes for 3 people. The beds were terrible, as I woke up every morning with bad backache. The rooms weren't close together, one was on the first floor and the other room was on the third floor

Room is ok at standard level . Cleaning is nice . Quite easy to park the car ; and center is at 10mn walking . Staff is fine .
In most of hotels I know in Germany , breakfast is included . Here it's an extra at 11 , clearly noted . At this price level , we expected better .

The location is not too bad and the staff were helpful when approached about our problems.
There is no elevator, the stairs are quite problematic if you are disabled or are trying to haul your suitcases to or from the room. The rooms are absurdly small, as a couple we couldnt function in a double room, we were moved to a triple room on the third night and that was the only normal night we spent at the hotel. I cant see how 3 people could ever fit in that room unless 2 of them were children.

Room was good.
It was rather loud, and the room smelled quite strongly of disinfectant. The bed was not so comfortable.

The location is great, just off the Rurhschnellweg. Staff is very frindly. The place has an onsite bar. Room was basic, but this was exactly what I was looking for.
