Wished I hadn't stayed there
Hotel access by road was difficult due to roadworks. This was not communicated to guests & was difficult to negotiate the diversion.
Having to pay for the car park when the barrier was inoperative & always raised so was poor having to pay when others didn't pay.
Rooms were dark & bathroom was in need of renovation. Bed was uncomfortable. There wasn't a kettle in the room.
Staff in the restaurant & bar was very unwelcoming & rude. Food was memorably forgettable & wasn't good vale for money

The only good things is the sauna and hammam
The hotel is very old and not worth, it started with the lady in charge at the reception who wrongly insisted to give us a room without bathtub against what we booked. She even stupidly said the bath and shower means the square of the bathing area with the shower only after we showed her our booking. We had to fight with her until she finally gave us a room without bathtub saying the bathtub.
The swimming pools water is very cold, I advised to bring a pool thermometer to verify if the pool is heated properly.
Everyone swimming said it was very cold when we crossed check with other clients.
Also they use the pool for swimming lesson and found yourself to swim in a small area.
The lady overlooking the swimming area opened the outside door as she was feeling hot while all the clients and kids swimming feeling very cold.
We had a pillow very dirty see picture and the room door is not close properly, you can hear all the walking steps outside.
The breakfast same every day and not a lot of variety.
The scrambled eggs are not even scrambled, the fruit is not always fresh specially the watermelon. But guess what when it is time for the staff to eat after breakfast for customers finished, fresh strawberries were introduced.
Some staffs for breakfast were really nice and helpful but most of them are very frustrated to attend to people.
This hotel should be open only to accommodate staffs not customers as staffs need are most cared than customers.

The room was clean (the first and last positive thing)
we are not very naughty, but this time I will write feedback, because it is the first time when I want my money back.
I choose this hotel, as it was written, that it has sauna and swimming pool. Pool is cold, so it was not possible to use it.
Rooms are located in separate blocks, so you have to go really really long way to pool or to exit - what can be a real challenge for old people, for example.
But also...after or before using a swimming pool you also need to go really long way.
Exit from swimming pool lead you to a restaurant. Literally - you come directly into the restaurant...
Near Sauna located men toilet. and women also. But its unforgettable smell before you need to go to sauna.
to sauna you can not go in swimsuit. So, hotel which make conferences, then have requirement to be in sauna without swimsuit...
Breakfast is sad. If we now that it is so sad, we would not buy it - better to spend this money in cafe.
in the restaurant in the evening was only brutwurst.
The door didnt close.
Even if to open a window in the room - still no air.
No safe in a room.
There are more issues, Im just tired to write )) any other hotel, not this one.
