Large rooms, friendly staff, good location, near to city center.
One of the 2 lifts was not working. The room carpets need to be replaced. Parking garage with few parking spots, not ideal for car travelers.

Breakfast was very good, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are big and comfortable. Bathroom was OK, very good shower. Hotel location was also very good. Many restaurants walking distance. Parking was also very convenient.
Room temperature was a little low and cold. There was garbage left over from previous guests in our room. The hotel looks old and may need some renewal in carpets and furniture for example. For some reason, bar was closed on Saturday and that was not convenient for us.

They did not have cleaning staff so our room was not cleaned
They did not even provide us with extra pillows that we requested because cleaning staff was not there
I even offered to collect it from the reception, but that was also refused
Had to sleep uncomfortably :(

Location and staff
We booked a queen bed room, bathtub but we got the twin bed room and there was only shower in the bathroom. Looked like we paid for more but we got less.
