The breakfast was good. There was a large selection of food. I must also recommend the tea selection. There was even a waffle iron with which you could bake your own fresh waffles. Die Lobby und der Bar-/Frhstcksbereich machen einen guten Eindruck.
The hotel itself is already very outdated. The lobby and the bar/breakfast area make a good impression. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel does not. Old furniture and carpets, partly broken tiles, the bathroom not thoroughly cleaned, the shower with curtain, no air conditioning...

The hotel is located in a very good place. Close to the main station and the city. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good and tasty.
Part of the staff was unpolite. When checking out, I was asked to pay for breakfast - I showed that I had booked a room with breakfast. I had to wait for the staff to solve this problem. I didn't receive the invoice during check-out - I had to write about it few times. My previous stay was much better.

The staff is great. Especially restaurant and bar employees. They made bunch of geeks very welcomed. The room was spacious and well organised, so longer stay felt pleasant and organized. We had a window to the back of the building and kept it open all the time, yeti t was pretty quiet, even if the hotel is in the city centre. The breakfast was tasty and fresh! Nice variety too. We will be back!
Carpet in the room had so many stains that it gave a bleh feeling, even if it was vacuumed. After first night the room was cleaned nicely and even with an extra care, I would say. That's why other mornings we have been disappointed a bit, by comparison. Not that it was dirty, but the floor in the bathroom wasn't cleaned and furniture in the room were misplaced after vacuuming.

The place is worn and dirty. Stains on the carpet. The cleaning staff had an uphill battle to keep the place presentable.

We had asked for a room with 2 beds and ended up with a single bed... The personnel was not very helpful on this matter. The hotel was overbooked! Finally, we have split the mattress and the box spring to make 2 beds... Funny, the box spring was very comfortable!
