Staff were super. The person behind reception was really helpful. We needed to hire bikes which no-one knew where the hotel's bikes were. She (don't know her name sorry) persisted and helped find them and we got our bikes. Rooms were pretty good and place was very clean included common areas. There was a cold water machine installed in reception which may sound small but it was well used by all the ravers from the Stone festival as well as athletes there for an event. Would I stay again? Yes!
Breakfast!! Annoyingly it finished at 11 and by 10.15 thing had already disappeared off the buffet. To top it off, during the week it finished at 10 and we were unaware on Monday morning so we missed breakfast. At least the very lovely lady at reception refunded us the money which we had only paid the night before.

The location is near from the central station

Comfortable enough room
No water provided in room, nor even a glass.
One of the hotel staff started mowing the lawn at the front outside my window at 730am. Kind of makes it hard to sleep!

No glasses in the room and also in the bathroom, no electric kettle, no coffee/tea, no water, no mini bar. Not possible to open the windows for fresh air. Air only through the ventilation system of the building, that was making noise even switched off. Poor management at the desk - 1 single person for lots of tourists, as it was a special Holly day, needing to wait long time for checking in. Lobby very dirty ( windows and carpet). Looks like becoming a hotel under Sheraton umbrella didn't help
