Dirtiness...long black hair everywhere....
Pillow wasnt a pillow....its some cover folded into a pillow case!

Disappointing
It was handy for an overnight stop while driving back from Poland on way to Calais port. Short walk to main train station where there was a large number of eating place with a mixed array of different types of food to choose from and it had a comfortable atmosphere.
Room was small, twin bed against the wall so made it difficult to get it and out of but OK for one night. Road works outside front made it difficult to find but these are temporary.

By far the worst hotel experience I have had in Germany. The room had no wardrobe or proper space for clothes and luggage, one towel was dirty, and the room was extremely hot and noisy, making sleep almost impossible. Although I was told at reception that a refund for the remaining three nights would be arranged, this was later denied. After two emails and three phone calls, the hotel's response failed to address the actual issues raised.

The friendly receptionist offered me a better (bigger) room.
Due to ongoing street reconstruction, for which the hotel bears no responsibility, accessibility to the hotel is currently not limited but certainly impacted.
