There is available water heater and freebies tea and coffee. Near the train and bus station.
The water heater is a little bit dusty, not sure if it is being washed every after customer stay. Need to wipe or wash first before using.

Breakfast was typical continental and very good. Twin room booked at very short notice. Some noise from building work next door. Not the hotels fault. Good location near the station and the Club Nord rock club.

Disappointing
I payed an extra fee for a late check-out because I needed to sleep more, but the staff didn’t know about it and woke me up earlier than expected; then they couldn’t speak English so I couldn’t explained it was my right to keep sleeping till late morning.

The room was clean. In terms of price-performance, it was good.
The problem was the construction work right in front of the hotel — we couldn’t sleep at all. It started very early in the morning, around 5 or 6 AM, and after that, because of the noise from the machines, not only was it impossible to sleep, but even staying in the room became unbearable.
