The location, close to city center.
We booked this hotel without even reading about the reviews. So, when we arrived, we were surprised. It's looked like an old hotel building, the stairs to the room were dirty from the stains. And smelly. The room itself has a good size, but the bed was poor, and the pillows were thin. And the shower... I didn't understand how come the sink was so low. Is it made for kids or what ? And the next day we can't have breakfast there, but we need to walk to another hotel. At first, we were curious about what we would get for breakfast at the hotel, but fortunately, we got a great breakfast at another hotel in another location.

Entry and exit without free schedules
The room was cold, a lot of light from the windows and the curtains were not the right size and I had to be careful not to be seen from the outside, the sheets had a smell of the perfume of the person who stayed before.
