If it's raining, getting to the metro is a bit uncomfortable because there's no way to avoid it.

My reservaroon was check in Oct 7, check out Oct 11. And I received a reservation confirmation from Booking.com. As front desk was already cloaed, I proceeded checking in by automatic check in machine. But it finally says my room is not ready yet. I called aupport but only automatic voice message. I had to wait until 6AM at the lobby alone. All amount was already charged in advance. Invoice was already issued for 4 nights from October 7th. It was so miserable night. This is hotels system problem. But Hotel doesn't refund. After checking in in the morning of October 10th, I just took shower and had to go out shortly for business. This hotel has no peraon in the midnight. It sucks. I have never experienced auch bad hotel.

Everything that I liked about this hotel is gone. Now, after a few years of staying there, I will need to find something better.
I don't like hidden costs. Additional tax and car park space need to be covered. There is an additional cost for a pet; however, there is a note on Booking.com about that, but not about the other.

location is good, a short walk to the centre.
reception did not advise that I needed a ticket for parking, could not suggest nearby bars or restaurants, there was a quantity of litter near the hotel door where food had been consumed and the packaging just abandoned.

It was clean, affordable and services are good. Staff are accomodating.
Single bed was too small for me. Also, they didnt clean on our second day there because they said they thought it was clean because we did our own bed. Towels were not changed and they were on the floor. Reception gave us new towels.

Just the price.
First of all, the personel is HORRiBLE.
The person who should have been at the reception until 10 pm on bank holiday left just after 9pm. When we called the emergency number - the manager did not solve our complain. The problem was with air conditioning - only cold air blowing, the manager who suggested to change the room, gave the one with the same issue and was not aware which room we ended up in. Additionaly, when we wanted to pay for breakfast (to be honest with them), lady in the reception was so busy that refused to take any money. They just do not care at all.
Secondly, Car parking is NOT free of charge, you need to pay 10 euro.
Finally, there was no baby crib that we have asked for and the bed is not a large bed but two separate beds.

We booked this hotel en route as it was advertised with free parking at the premises. Not cheap compared to the other 17 hotels / apartments we stayed in. But not too expensive at €63 to kip over. The room is a classic double.
Burger King next door convenient for a quick bite to eat. Open until late.
Clean.
When we arrived around 9.30 pm to check in, the receptionist told us that we had to pay an extra €10 for parking. We explained our deal via Booking.com clearly stated free parking. He insisted and we had no choice but to pay under duress, as it was late and we were really tired.
Apparently, the hotel just changed their policy.
Some walls in the room were stained.
2 cars in the car park played music until after 10.30pm and 2 guys were talking to a girl through a window in a room on the ground floor. A bit bizzaire.

I like how easy the check out is. The beds are very comfortable. The room size is great. The location is nice but not the reason I chose this hotel
I didn’t like the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom has a dirty smell. I also didn’t like the clear message regarding parking. I think if it’s paid parking at least mention it on the booking and not wait for people to sort this out later especially when it’s a business travel I don’t have time to sort this out during my stay.
