I booked a double room and got a room with 2 single bed brought together and 2 single duvets! Most bizzare
I like a ledge bed even if travelling on my own but 2 single duvets?
Only shampoo, no hair conditioner and no USB plugs as you’d expect for a hotel in this ranking and price category
Receptionist on checking in quite dry and unwelcoming .
Hotel lively, but after spending 10 days less then a week before in California hospitality in Atlantic felt like a total letdown. Missed a warm smile and friendly conversation !

The staff were friendly, competent and obliging and our room was comfortable and quiet. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant and so can't comment about that. However, the bar is very elegant and they were happy to provide a glass of milk for the children! The hotel is well situated for transit to various destinations via the Metro and adjacent to the lovely Grugapark. There are a number of great places to eat within easy walking distance. We wanted a relaxing base where we could catch up with family who live in Germany, and the Atlantic Congress didn't disappoint. We would definitely stay there again.

room was nice, clean and spacious. the hotel seemed relatively new with good facilities. staff was nice. great park nearby.
breakfast, although was good, 29€ per person per breakfast is too expensive for any breakfast in any hotel in Europe.

The room was excellent and clean and the staff were very professional. Also breakfest was amazing, everything you could dream of was available.
Went eating in the restaurant in the evening and the choice of food was rather limited. Went with a hamburger, but the buns where kind of soggy.
