The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is very good, as is the room service food.
The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast room lacks charm. Biggest issue is some of the staff. The woman on reception when I checked out just stared at me and was brusque/downright rude for absolutely no reason. Staff member on breakfast reception, morning one, got very angry and stressed because certain patrons didn't have breakfast booked in the room rate and used credit cards.

U clearly saw that the cleaning wasnt for 4 star hotel! The toilet brush wasnt "clean" and u can see that the worker didnt clean properly
