Our stay at Hotel Grill Erlangen exceeded all expectations! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the rooms are not only impeccably clean but also beautifully designed hotel team pays attention to every detail, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional, and the diverse menu offered a perfect selection of dishes. The location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers, hotel is conveniently situated and parking is free. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Grill Erlangen to anyone seeking a good hotel experience.

Nice, comfortable hotel with a great breakfast.
The top floor apartment has problems with delivering hot water and sufficient water pressure (especially annoying in the shower). In the morning it is necessary to let the water flow half an hour from the hot water faucet for at least a lukewarm water to start flowing.
On the first day of my stay a service man came to exchange the faucet and the reason he stated was problems with hot water, but I haven't mentioned it to anybody, so obviously it was a complaint from the previous guest.
But the new faucet of course hasn't solved the issue, as the problem lies in too thin (water pressure), unisolated or insufficiently isolated hot water pipes and missing hot water circulation loop.
The water pressure in shower is problem also at lower floors (where I was accommodated last time), and is present even after unscrewing water-saving shower head. Also the water pressure often drops, probably when other guests use water. This indicates, that the water distribution pipe diameter is insufficient throughout the whole hotel water installation.
Unfortunately, there is no easy fix for this problem. I would recommend the hotel owners for the next hotel reconstruction to not to save at pipe diameters, isolation and hot water circulation loops.
