Bed too soft, pipes were noisy in 401 and shower door not able to open fully.

they tried to charge a no show fee, even though I stayed and was at the hotel at that moment f(?!?!). I paid once in the hotel and they marked my booking through booking as a no show for some reason and then tried to charge my card at least 10 times for the "cancellation fee". When I was still there tried to sort things out and the receptionist said all done and good, and then afterwards as well I reached out mutliple times and no response. So really bad staff that does the admin.

Late check in was not a problem, a set of keys waited us at reception. It was also possible to get drinks/snacks from the fridge and pay for that in the morning.

Only used it to sleep on the way to further south. Family room is good value for money. Spacious for 4. Clean. Comfortable. Staff was friendly with late check in.. Close to highway

Nice large room. Free parking with a large parking lot beside the hotel. Area was quite nice and quiet. Not close to restaurants, so we had to drive to dinner. The small kitchen with the fridge is nice, especially with a family.
We didn't have any shower gel in the bathroom. When we asked about this, we were told we would have to buy it. I found this quite strange.
Tea bags in the room would be great, not everyone drinks coffee.
