The host was extremely accommodating and stopped everything to make sure we were checked in, the apartment was fine, etc. The apartment itself is very nice, extremely clean and updated, and the location is fabulous!! My only recommendation is to heed the size restrictions of your car for parking. The secured garage space is actually a lift with tight spacing, so make sure your car falls within the required limits. Our car was completely fine and it was nice to have a dedicated space. Again, the location can't be beat and our stay was great. We would definitely rent this property again in the future! This property is superb if you are attending the Christmas market!!
It was slightly confusing to find. The streets are very narrow, and directly across the street is a large hotel, so your first instinct is to collect the keys there. However, you actually collect them from a tiny restaurant. The garage is slightly around the corner and below ground, so if the host hadn't walked us to the garage, then to the apartment, I'm not sure we would have found it. However, once we were shown exactly where to go, it was very easy!

Excellent beds, very good bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen. Perfect site for visiting Erfurt. Eccentric decor, but really comfortable.

Beautifully decorated room. Surprised that it had a kitchenette; one stay here longer!
The staff were very helpful; the chef de cuisine even showed us to our room.
Very good restaurant!
Seemed to be right in center of the old city.
Maybe my fault in not closely reading the Booking.com info, their parking could not accommodate our Volvo XC60. Luckily, the hotel across the street let me park in their lot.
All responses via Booking.com are in perfect English, but communicating the check-in details was a little difficult. Thanks again to the chef,who helped us through it.

Beautiful apartment and excellent location.
The reception could be more welcoming and friendly.. Felt like we were annoying them by trying to check in and needee to park park our car quickly in their car park. Can only accept a certain size and weight of car.

Staff i only met one but the lady that gave me the keys so nice and sympathic made me feel very comfortable offered me something to drink .??
The bathroom door didn't close completely I was alone so no problem and TV was a little old style .

Loved this cute little apartment! It was in a great location right near the historic Krämerbrucke area with fun shops and only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Christmas market.
The parking garage was quite interesting!
Had a small breakfast in the cafe where we checked in and out. Great find!!

Room was very nice and cosy. Location was exceptional right next to Krämerbrücke, the river a cosy beer garden and an awesome playground! Breakfast in the restaurant was also nice, just a bit pricey.
Ordered baby cot was not in the room, then we had to pick it up and assemble it ourselves. But in the end we could all go to sleep and we had everything we needed.

Very spacious and very central.
Furniture and decor felt very "catalogue." Reception was with a cold attitude. Cleaning staff entered WITHOUT KNOCKING before check out time. Breakfast was just okay for the price and seems way overinflated in other reviews.
