Despite the heatwave during my visit, the room was relatively cool. Klein, aber fein. Very clean, quiet inside (street noise was a problem), flexible staff, and pleasant breakfast ( extra). I thought they went the extra mile to accommodate my late arrival and special needs.
Only things outside of their control: the street was surprisingly busy and loud in the morning.

A nice cosy and quiet place not far from the centre, just 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main centre. The personnel is very friendly and helpful and assisting. I had no tea kettle in my room and when I asked for hot water the manager of the pension immediately brought a kettle to my room. The wifi was very fast, the room very nice and fresh.
Luggage room: I didn't notice a luggage room at the hotel. Location: I didn't notice any transportation routes near the pension and you had either to walk to the city centre or order a taxi if you don't have a car. But it was passable as the location is within a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main city centre so if you don't have problems with walking 10-15 minutes it is ok.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The people were very kind. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good as well. We stayed with as a family with 3 children and we loved it.
