1. Location, 2. Friendliness of the Reception & Restaurant Team, 3. Copious Breakfast with great variety 4. Quiet rooms are really quiet not an empty promise ?
1. Shower riser rail doesn't hold the shower head at desired height and keeps moving/ falling down to the bottom, inconvenient when taking shower.
2. Extra charge of 15€ per night for getting a quiet room, this is quite an unfriendly policy.
3. Pillow quality rather poor. Need to be replaced. Pls add to your CAPEX plan...?

Liked that it was close to train station
Hotel was under construction tho they did give free drink each due to that. It was very hot out and they do not have air conditioning. We were on 4th floor so all could do was open window and it was very noisy being in town. Difficult to sleep.

Location was nice.
Room had no airco, I had to phone some to come and open the window. The breakfast was euro 23.80 p.p. which is in my opinion outrageous and we didn't use it. There are plenty of cafes in the neighbourhood where you pay 23 euros for two persons.

At one tram stop away from the Railway Station, it was easy to reach this hotel. The hotel is also located on a small side street which reduces traffic noise. Five minutes walk away is the Krämerbrücke and Old City. A few minutes in another direction leads to two of the city's museums and shopping arcades. In short, an ideal location with modern comfortable rooms and pleasant public spaces. Also an excellent breakfast buffet with truly good coffee in their Orangerie.
