1. Location, 2. Friendliness of the Reception & Restaurant Team, 3. Copious Breakfast with great variety 4. Quiet rooms are really quiet not an empty promise ?
1. Shower riser rail doesn't hold the shower head at desired height and keeps moving/ falling down to the bottom, inconvenient when taking shower.
2. Extra charge of 15€ per night for getting a quiet room, this is quite an unfriendly policy.
3. Pillow quality rather poor. Need to be replaced. Pls add to your CAPEX plan...?

Stunning location !!! Very lovely and clean . Staff were helpful .
The information said snacks and drinks were available at reception but the lady at reception said there no snacks , only drinks .
I would have liked opportunity for laundry or drycleaning
