The location is very good, you can park your car safely, the rooms are very new and the staff is very friendly.
A hotel of this level should not charge parking fees to its guests and should provide slippers in the room.

One main complaint (which involves a HUGE design flaw): Our apartment had no window that could be opened. The AC worked OK, but there was no way to open a window for natural ventilation. There was also no functioning fan in the bathroom (and no window). It was unusually hot during our stay, so the room felt somewhat like a "terrarium".

Wonderful
The hotel is like a little oasis in the middle of Erfurt. A comfortable central courtyard area, which is even better if you have one of the rooms with a balcony facing the courtyard. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options.

Excellent location for parking your car and walking into the old town. Quiet rooms. Very large variety for breakfast. Friendly staff.
Glass door concept of the bathroom.
Not very suitable when you share the room with your kids. Very expensive parking for the hotel guests.
