Large bright room with spacious bathroom. Good breakfast and friendly staff. I really liked how kid friendly this hotel is, with changing tables and play area in the breakfast room. Location is amazing and the parking garage under the hotel is very convenient. Highly recommended

Perfect location to visit Erfurt .. easy and protected parking - additional fee (up to 2m high vehicule) and very good breakfast. Friendly reception and comfy room :-)

Good location. Varied breakfast. Comfortable beds.
There was a leak in the bathroom and after the shower there was water on the floor.

The breakfast is beyond criticism. The room we booked was in a very nice style and the bathroom great. And the shower does not leak, no wet bathroom floor. If you need a powerful hair dryer: stay here! But the main reason for staying at the hotel is its location near the Krämerbrücke.
There was nothing to actually dislike. The staff is not unfriendly but maybe not all had been trained in a hospitality business. But all our wishes were fulfilled in the end.

Nice room, great location, and very helpful staff. Yummy breakfast! One of the Christmas markets right around the corner and the other 10 minute walk through beautiful town. We felt very safe.

Braunenberg is a cute little village just down the road from Bernkastel Kues. You have great views of the Mosul and the vineyards. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Heinrich is a wonderful host- the winery has been in his family since the 1700s. When I made the booking, I asked if he could recommend a wine tasting nearby, and he said he would be happy to do one for us with his own wines- it was a fabulous time!

The location is very good, you can park your car safely, the rooms are very new and the staff is very friendly.
A hotel of this level should not charge parking fees to its guests and should provide slippers in the room.
