Exceptional
The apartment is nicer than the photos and quite cozy. The owners are very polite and helpful. There is no washing machine but Laundry service is available. You can give your clothes and they will return them to you clean. Parking is not guaranted as you are parking in the street but most of the times I find available parking outside the house or within a few meters from the entrance. But the days I am coming late at night, I park up to 5 minutes away. Still ok for me. The Train Station and Anger (City Center) is 20-25 minutes walk or 5-10 minutes with the car. For the price I had, it is value for money for up to a few week (I had business trip) but all depends on the price you will have it. But in general I recommend the place.

Wonderful
The apartment was in an older building. The apartment itself has been lovingly renovated and modernized. We met the owners upon our arrival. They were very friendly and helpful. We readily found a free parking spot on the street close to the apartment. The building was quiet and secure and the street traffic was light. The town centre was for us a fairly easy 25 minute walk away. Alternatively, bus transit stops were close. A large grocery store was only 5 minutes away. The bed was comfortable and we slept well, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Free bottled osmosis filtered water was provided. A printed receipt was prepared for us prior to our arrival. The owner provided some wine and beer in the kitchen at a reasonable price. We would happily stay here again.
The bathtub/shower combination was a bit of a challenge but there was lots of hot water and good pressure. The owners had limited space in the bathroom and came up with a good design considering the space.

It's a lovely apartment in a very pleasant, quiet neighborhood, with easy access by tram to Erfurt city centre. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with good WiFi, a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and a little terrace. Parking was easy in front of the building, we stayed 5 nights and there was always free space. Communication with the hosts was efficient. Altogether we wished we could have stayed longer.
