Exceptional
Great Hotel and this is the second time we have stayed here in Erfurt. Hotel is modern with a classic style. Staff were all very helpful. Parking is available in the underground garage ( little expensive but they all are). The breakfast was lovely with a range to cater for every need. We stayed there as we were displaying at a model exhibition at the Messe which was 6 minutes drive away. The hotel is alongside the city centre so easy to walk into the centre if you wish to visit eateries or shops. We have also stayed at Dorint in Dortmund & again this was the same high standard. In my experience Dorint is one of the best hotel chains in Germany and we usually visit Germany 2 to 3 times a year so have stayed at many hotels.

Central location, friendly staff who spoke English and upscale furnishings.
No microwave (hardly any German hotels have them as I think they believe them harmful or dangerous). Parking an issue and expensive even though easy and across the street.
