Generally our stay was good, the room was spacious and comfy, it generally fulfilled what we expected.
We travelled with our dog, I even double-checked in advance and wrote an email directly to this hotel to make sure it wont be a problem. Then I again wrote it while making a reservation. No price information via email when asking particularly about a dog, not even upon check-in when I paid for our stay (the receptionist saw the information about the dog and actively asked me about it so he knew). When checking out, my boyfriend had kinda weird experience when cleaning ladies saw him leaving our room with our dog and ran downstair to the reception and then the receptionist told me I have to pay another 20 for extra cleaning because of the dog (we actually left our room in a very good condition and even sorted and dumped the trash by ourselves, the dishes all washed, dried and put in shelves, nothing left dirty, the dog of course was not allowed to bed).
We have travelled quite a lot to different countries with the dog and we absolutely respect when it is extra charged but honestly this felt quite unpleasant and unprofessional.

Good price for Erfurt, friendly receptionist. Free parking on site. Comfortable bed.
Had expected a proper kitchenette in the apartment but it was just a microwave and fridge with random selection of crockery and cutlery. Four person room but had to find a third chair from the hallway so we could all sit down at the table. Heard lots of noise from the floor above and woken at the crack of dawn by neighbours. Broken shower - had to hold the shower head because there was no attachment.

very friendly and welcoming lady at reception. my concert tickets had been delivered here as I was travelling and were waiting for me on my bed when I arrived. room much larger than I expected sofa, tv and kitchenette, large double bed, huge bathroom retained some traditional German charm easy transport once I'd found my way

Cheap hotel during the small exhibition period. Free parking but small entrance to the backyard. Easy access to the highway.
Very dirty room, ever seen. Dust balls everywhere. Walls were even dirty. No wifi connection. The reception said it is because too many connections at a time. second floor with no elevator. unpleasant stay.

Coffee maker without coffee, Kitchen IS too old, shower cubicle too small, The common areas need to be modernised , The price is too high . The duvets were not warm because it was cold in the morning in th flat . The photos of the flat on Booking.com are misleading

Very friendly staff, good rooms
The bathroom need to be more comfortable.
The soap and shampoo provided was very basic.
The worst thing was the shower as it was too small and the water preasure very low

Nice room with a small kitchen, a sofa, a table, and a desk. Although the staff was not present during the whole stay, it was easy to reach someone via phone. We have been given an extra key upon request, so that each of us two could have an own key, thanks for this!
The wifi was not working well, we were not provided soap, and we were charged an extra touristic fee at the moment of paying. We would have liked to know about this fee in advance
