Very well-located and the room was spacious. The staff was very friendly - even if our German was not so good and most of the communication was in English.
Parking is a bit difficult in the area, and it is a tight fit to enter the hotel parking, although I appreciate we were adequately informed beforehand.

Great location, lovely place and superb value for money.
Only minor gripe but a strange omission on the hotel's part, is the lack of in-room tea and coffee making facilities.

Very nice building and rooms. The gym was also very nice and the sauna was great too. The location was also very nice easy to walk and enjoy the city.
If im very picky then it would be nice to have a dumbell between the 2kg and 8kg one, but honestly the gym had much more than I expected so it was great.

Excellent location in the centre, beautiful features such as carved wooden ceiling in the lobby and very friendly and professional staff. Nice and quiet in the night! Secure parking.
Could have had a tea/coffee tray. Getting a large car in and out of the underground car park is rather difficult.

Nice hotel with perfect location in the city centre. The rooms facing the square have very nice view. Spacious rooms. Everything clean.
Average breakfast. Parking is not suitable for bigger cars (SUVs) so you need to find the place around.

The property location was perfect. The building is elegant. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed using the sauna and fitness room, which are perfectly located on the top floor.

Location was great. The facilities were excellent - 16th century decor with all the amenities
There was no air conditioning or any climate control in the room and with temperatures of 29-32 outside it was very hot in the room. We opened the windows and it didn't help that there was a town party outside the hotel until 1am

Location is fantastic. Front desk friendly and helpful. Room size good. Bed comfortable.
Parking in underground garage is challenging. Old and narrow. We parked at Kaufland nearby for 12 24 hr. Breakfast room filled up quickly. If you want your room cleaned you must inform front desk in advance. That wasnt clear to us.
