Great location..
The floor in the room was making a very annoying sound when walking in the room.. there was no isolation on the floor so you can constantly hear the wooden floor cracking with Every move I make.. even the curtain int the it’s not complete, it’s only half.. the bathroom could have been repainted, but that did not happen also.. I never slept in without it was not possible to take a drink and pay for it later or at the checkout. If I take something, I have to pay for it immediately because people have been stealing drinks without paying which is clearly an excuse.. I stayed for three days and I received just one coffee, I asked if I could have a few more because I’m staying for three days and I was told that they only give one when people arrive but if you need more coffee, you have buy your coffee because, extra coffee in the room Is not part of their service.. room they didn’t even have a single bottle of water as welcome drink and the Internet connection was ishorrible.. I had a meeting and I have to go sit down at the reception even then it was not better.. it’s all good place. If you just wanna go out the party one night and have a place to sleep, but it should definitely not categorized or appear asbusiness.. hotel.. this was my FIRST and LAST time there..

Tap in the bathroom was motion sensor in the middle of the night the tap started running, not very ecological. Toilet doesn’t flush well —> bathroom can use an update.

Location only...
check-in... supposedly check-in time was at 15:00 we arrived at 15:10 rooms were not ready. we were told will be ready in 20 minutes. when we arrived back in 20 minutes this time we were told to wait half hour... This time we waited at the lobby and our keys were given at 16:15... In the mean time one of the receptionist was telling us "that they are not machines, we have to wait"... never come cross to such an rude attitude by a Front Office clerk in any hotel in my lifetime... they should have apologize and offer us a compensation... In addition the WI-FI connection was very bed it kept cutting off...

Staff was very friendly. Location was also good, not to far from the center city
The hotel room was not good at all, floor was not clean, stains on the carpet floor. The smell of the hotel room was very old. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom it self, no ventilation system. The room was big, but horrible.

The location was excellent. A 15-minute walk to the city center. The hotel was perfect for a weekend away! Especially during the Christmas market.

Breakfast was sober but ok
Towels dirty. Bed linen dirty. Room wasn’t made for second day even though requested. No parking facility where the add misleadingly states there is(according to them “parking available” means that you can park in the street. BTW the street was full

The staff were really welcoming during the check in and out process and Every time we entered the building, the location is very good.
Room really well worn, cleanliness not great, needs refurbishment, door was hard to shut and open, hallways had a dirty odour
