If you take the property as what it's described, it's excellent value for money - EUR 59 for a standard double room in a very good location. The lift and rooms were a bit old, but for the price, you really cannot complain. The receptionist was also cool and friendly.

The spacious studio room were were pleasantly upgraded to. The location, quality of motel and great breakfast. A secure place was made available for our tandem bicycle.

The place is a short ~15-minute walk to the train station or 8 minutes if you take the tram. The bed was very comfortable and above my expectations for the price. The room was stocked with basic amenities like towels and the combined shower and body gel. Also, instant coffee and tea.
There is no mini fridge. I'm not sure if there are rooms that include it. The whole place is a bit run down, the rooms too seem in need of maintenance but for the price point, it is acceptable. The wifi password is written down, and the handwriting was difficult to understand. Perhaps upon check-in, they can say what it is supposed to be (e.g., letters or numbers, capital or lower case).

Didn’t like much about the hotel, some of the staff was great but others not so, location is okay as well but quite a walk to where all the shops and restaurants are.
Hotel has gone down hill since the last time we stayed there in 2022, staff was rude when checking in, put us in a room with 2 single beds pushed together, was quoted €79 for an extra night but found it €30 cheaper online, same room for the same night. Can see dust on the seats where they haven’t been cleaned and on the balcony there was 100+ cigarette ends.

Staff were super friendly and helpful
The safe was not working in my room (to be fair I didn’t ask to have it fixed because I had no time). The room is very run down and quite dusty. You can also hear very well what’s going on in the corridor. The mattress was too soft.
