Really enjoyed the location…room was comfy, including the beds. Staff exceeded my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Breakfast
As I was travelling with a dog, I would have prefer to have a quiet room. I was given a big and nice room but next to the street. Through the windows, even closed, we could hear the people who walked on the street. My dog had tendency to bark. I would have prefer to have a quiet room, giving perhaps to an internal patio and not directly to the street.

Staff were pleasant and it was in a great location
Room had quite a bit of dust that hadn't been cleaned in a while, AC was ancient and despite having a 4 star at the entrance there were basic amenities missing such as ironing facilities, fridge etc.

I liked how close it was to the old town and little Tokyo
The fridge in the room did not function properly and the air conditioning as well the room was quite warm. Also the toilet tap turned itself on in the middle of the night

The Aircon in the building is rather old, and not really made for high temperatures. It was actually broken when we stayed at the hotel, but in principle there would be air conditioning.

The breakfast is chargeable which is not a big deal , location perfect and I didn’t left just because of its location the room was completely different than the photos
The room is really cheap as it’s 1 star hotel .. no couches to sit , no drinking water which is the minimum for 4 stars hotel

Location is excellent
I have used this hotel many times over the years, unfortunately on this visit I found that the maintenance is really lacking, shower head hanging tried to wedge with a towel. Carpets stained and shabby. First room had only one bevy curtain. Balcony wood rotting.

Room smells cigarets. We have hard time ipenning the windows. There should be a sign that explains how to open them.

The room was fine and value for money, close to the center and the river.
When we arrived, they did not even checked if our reservation existed and they directly put our luggage in the luggage room. This action lacks of safety since anyone from outside can put a luggage in the hotel. When we arrived in the hotel, we picked up by ourselves the luggage from the room without someone checking the tickets. This also lacks safety since we could have picked up other peoples suitcase, or someone could had taken ours. Receptionists not very approachable but this depend on the standards of each hotel.
