The location was more than perfect close to the Old Town and very close to the main train station. Despite Dusseldorf being a big city and loud my room was extremely quiet.

The staff was good. The checkout misunderstanding was bad.
The room was not isolated from the hallway. You could see the light from the hallway through the sides of the door. Not at all expected from such a company.

Unlike many other so called Budget Hotels in Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, Berlin and all other metropolitan cities, this one does an outstanding job. Pretty spacious and clean/hygienic rooms that you would only see in your dream for 60-70 euros per night. Of course, couples, families, siblings and some age groups may have different expectations. But if you are above the average intelligence and age, you would easily recognize its value. Excellent location, breakfast, and most importantly it is "peaceful". As someone who's been booking for years at Budget Hotels in private life, I can honestly recommend this place to anyone needing a 2-3 day stay at a calm, hygienic, comfortable place. I didn't feel any difference versus my business occasion-driven stays booked by SAP at places dictated by popularity and public consensus. Also, the staff is more professional and considerate, compared to many other budget hotels providing the same service. Many thanks to Can Telli once more and the operations management of this establishment.
