The location was a solid 10/10! We were there for an Ed Sheeran concert, and the walking distance to the Merkur Spielhalle is about 15 minutes ; so we avoided the whole traffic chaos after the concert (60.000 people!). Nice staff.
We had a room in the basement, it really smelled not good at all (mold, moisture). My boyfriend even got a headache. And as it's near to the airport and we had to sleep with the window open because of the smell, the planes really woke us up often in the night. And the towels were dirty.

Basement room was low in terms of ceiling and as i am tall i had to be carefull.

extremely nice neighbourhood, beautiful house, pleasant garden that I could not enjoy for lack of time
The noise of airplanes from 6 AM is not good, but already on the second night I was on the way to getting used

Close to the Airport. Quiet area (except for the planes noise, but not during the night). Room and bathroom adequately large and comfortable

But if I have to find a weak point, I would say: only German programs on TV (and I do not understand German language)
