It was clean, the food was excellent.
At the reception I was told that I have not paid for the room though I had paid via booking.com. After showing my bank account details and receipt of the payment and as well the long conversation to the officer with poor English, I had to pay one more time. It was stressful. I dropped a message to booking, and eventually the hotel transferred me back the amount I paid. I only had to pay for city tax - 6 euro. It would be fair that in this kind of situations, the hotel offers the room and clarifies the issues between them and the booking.com afterwards, since I, as a guest had had paid for the room. Appears the issue was with the hotel’s system. At least a sincere apology would be nice, in fact I got only stress. And maybe, I was not trusted enough since I was not an EU citizen, and my tired face after a long trip would still be a symbol of scam.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Dinner was excellent – tasty, well-prepared, and offering a great variety of dishes. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
The room was a bit cold , the temperature of the air conditioner was at 20 and was not possible to make it higher.

The room decoration, Color. Easy parking space
The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The previous guest left onions and a cotton pad in the fridge, the coffee machine’s dirty water container was not emptied, and the throw pillows on the bed smelled very bad. The sauna was not working during the day, and there was no staff available to ask for help.

Started on 12 Floor, 11,10 and now 6
I booked 2 rooms for 2 people. Got 1 room for 2 at the check in. Someone else had to solve the Problem
They do not keep your Information data so I have to give them every time my buisnesscard to send the invoices. A hotel like this should keep record of the person that stays there for business
