Amazing hotel, clean, stylish, spacey rooms and very good bath tub. Breakfast was very tasty, not a standard one. The view from the window is spectacular.

Modern lobby and fast check-in process. Parking available without extra costs. Sauna area was great and hot with nice but small ( areas have been closed off without explanation ) relaxing area. Room service ( iron ) came immediately to the room. Beds are very comfortable !
Small improvements such as: — Showers in sauna area old and not good to use ( bucket was great but cold shower with way too much pressure and hose not connected well ) — opening hours are closing too early and starting too late — if breakfast is until 10:00 am PLEASE do not start closing 15-20 min before. “ can I still use the coffee machine?” “Yes, but I am cleaning now”

I didn't like the price hike from the hotels during the convention. The increased rates made it less affordable and affected the overall experience.

Plenty of power sockets, light switches, and overall a nice and quiet room. The bathroom was spacious, only used the sink, toilet and bath however. Of the two hotels I stayed at this week, I much preferred this room. Also, free parking (for at least 24h) was a must for us, and I'm glad that was provided.
No lock on the bathroom door, but I can understand why. Also, using bubbles in the bath made some water jump up and over the side. Additionally, the toilet was crooked and leaned slightly to the right.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, security was non-existent! There was a theft right in front of the reception; my laptop, smartwatch and headphones were stolen. The hotel management and staff were completely indifferent to the incident; they offered no support or assistance whatsoever. It's terrible that such an incident occurred, but at the very least, the staff should not have been so insensitive. The overall condition of the hotel was also terrible. The rooms were far from hygienic, the sheets were stained and smelly. The bathroom cleaning was a complete disaster. As soon as you enter the hotel, you are met with a neglected and dirty environment. This is an establishment that completely fails in terms of security and cleanliness, and clearly does not prioritise customer satisfaction.
