The location was perfect if you are going to a concert at the arena. It's just a short walk, you can see it from the hotel.
The staff were friendly
When we checked in, we toured the room and when we looked in the bathroom the extra toilet paper roll on the shelf above the toilet had a large brown stain on it, upon further inspection the bottom of the roll had what looked to be feces all over it. We immediately called down to reception and they had 2 housekeepers come up with new toilet paper, but when they replaced the toilet paper they did not clean/disinfectant the area that the dirty roll was sitting on. They just put the new rolls on top of the dirty spot.
There were also various long hairs in the bed after pulling back the covers. And the pillowcase has a large yellow stain on the bottom.
TV did not have Netflix and you could not connect your own device (like a firestick). But that's not a big deal.
Breakfast: for the price of the hotel, the breakfast should be included in the price. It was ok. But not worth paying 22 euro per person.

Perfect for travelers, with easy airport connectivity and convenient free on-site parking.
Be aware that an additional city tax is charged upon arrival. It would be better if this fee were included in the total amount shown on Booking.com to avoid surprises.

Hotel is beautiful. It gives luxury hotel without the price. The room fit our family of 5 just fine. It was clean. Easy check in process and great amenities. Staff were nice and helpful.

It was clean, the food was excellent.
At the reception I was told that I have not paid for the room though I had paid via booking.com. After showing my bank account details and receipt of the payment and as well the long conversation to the officer with poor English, I had to pay one more time. It was stressful. I dropped a message to booking, and eventually the hotel transferred me back the amount I paid. I only had to pay for city tax - 6 euro. It would be fair that in this kind of situations, the hotel offers the room and clarifies the issues between them and the booking.com afterwards, since I, as a guest had had paid for the room. Appears the issue was with the hotel’s system. At least a sincere apology would be nice, in fact I got only stress. And maybe, I was not trusted enough since I was not an EU citizen, and my tired face after a long trip would still be a symbol of scam.

Modern lobby and fast check-in process. Parking available without extra costs. Sauna area was great and hot with nice but small ( areas have been closed off without explanation ) relaxing area.
Room service ( iron ) came immediately to the room.
Beds are very comfortable !
Small improvements such as:
— Showers in sauna area old and not good to use ( bucket was great but cold shower with way too much pressure and hose not connected well )
— opening hours are closing too early and starting too late
— if breakfast is until 10:00 am PLEASE do not start closing 15-20 min before. “ can I still use the coffee machine?” “Yes, but I am cleaning now”

The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable.
I didn't like the price hike from the hotels during the convention. The increased rates made it less affordable and affected the overall experience.

Plenty of power sockets, light switches, and overall a nice and quiet room. The bathroom was spacious, only used the sink, toilet and bath however. Of the two hotels I stayed at this week, I much preferred this room. Also, free parking (for at least 24h) was a must for us, and I'm glad that was provided.
No lock on the bathroom door, but I can understand why. Also, using bubbles in the bath made some water jump up and over the side. Additionally, the toilet was crooked and leaned slightly to the right.

The room is spacious and clean, the air conditioning is cold, the location is excellent for those who have a car, parking is free, it is close to the airport and a quarter of an hour away from the city center
Early in the morning the cleaners' sounds are annoying because the room door is not soundproofed.

Property is well located. The rooms are spacious, the beds, the best we’ve had in our travels the last few weeks. The service in general was good.
The hotel has three dining and or bar options. It is Saturday night. The weather was good, the main restaurant was open, the Brasserie was closed for redevelopment, the bar was open. The bar was staffed by one person who did an excellent job, nearly all customers sat outside. In contrast during breakfast there were many staff members walking around. Management really needs to improve this situation. The waiting time in the bar and terrace was way too long, yet the service provided was good.

My fly was at night I arrived at 6:00morning I go to hotel to make check in They gave my room to someone and the fabric was very dirty. I was so tired I take this room I cleaned the room myself and changed the sheets.
I had a very bad morning. I took the name of the hotel for granted but I regret it. I do not recommend it to anyone.
