The welcome at the reception. Lovely lady. Beautiful room, comfy bed, such a perfect shower and the Best, the location and nice balcony. Bus stop to airport very close. Breakfast 10 out of 10 opposite the hotel lovely family atmosphere night bar (Cafe Go Go), Italian restaurant for dinner, both so close and with the most friendly staff.. all highly recommended!

Good location, walking distance to the Altstadt and the Rhine. U-bahn station nearby. Very quiet at night, despite there being some bars and restaurants near by. Comfortable mattress.
No reception overnight, you have to enter via the back door. But this is not a large hotel, so can be expected.

The height of the booked parking space behind the hotel was just slightly too low for our car!

This hotel is perfect for a Christmas Market: location is in a walking distance to everything. Ratio price to quality (room, parking, breakfast) is outstanding. Room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional.
Only one tiny minus - coffee arrangement by breakfast: there is no coffee machine, you have to ask for your coffee (and then wait for it).
