Staff was great!
There was no air conditioning!
We checked in and no one told us that the AC was not working!
Then we had to keep windows open for air and then the room was full of flies and mosquitoes.
They had to come and spray!

Excellent staff. Convenient location to shopping, old city and Rhine as well as parks/museums. Nearby bus stops and underground train station. Excellent selection of newspapers. Breakfast dining area and food selection excellent. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Complimentary water, coffee, and tea provided. Sauna, fitness area and swimming pool were nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room size was rather crammed. Seat was not comfortable. Writing desk was too small and is cluttered with ads which are not necesary. Tried to use the small tablet on features and information of hotel could be better as it was hard to look up info. Small table with featured three magazines not necessary.

The room was beautiful
We booked the Presidential Suite and the service the staff provided was worse than a 2 star hotel. Over 2 hours for room service and the food was just “ok”, closing the kitchen before the time set on the menus, the staff did not speak english well, and they were insanely slow in general.

The hotel location is fantastic and the staff was exceptional! We look forward to coming back here soon. The bar in the hotel had the tastiest drinks, and the atmosphere was super chill. I cannot name anything bad about this hotel and I have champagne taste, beer budget.
The valet was a bit short with us, I watched him park several cars as I waited, then when it was my turn, he pointed where I needed to park instead of parking my car. The valet also did not retrieve m bags from the trunk, a minor thing, but when traveling with my child, helps if the valet would assist.
