The best hotel in Düsseldorf — an exceptional experience from start to finish.
The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible.
What truly makes this hotel stand out is the outstanding staff. From the very first moment, the gentlemen assisting with parking were incredibly polite, attentive, and truly gentleman-like — setting the tone for a luxurious stay. The luggage assistant was equally professional and kind, making the arrival seamless and stress-free.

The hotel has an excellent location close to shopping center and old town.
The room was excellent as well, it looks brand new and modern although the hotel keeps the old architecture and design.
The breakfast has a lot of varieties and the staff is professional and helpful.

Staff was great!
There was no air conditioning!
We checked in and no one told us that the AC was not working!
Then we had to keep windows open for air and then the room was full of flies and mosquitoes.
They had to come and spray!
