location is excellent; they have renovated the rooms, it looks clean & fresh, basically it's a good classic 5 star hotel with prime location
there's only one restaurant, which usually is very busy, there are 2 other facilities that can be turned into restaurants for guests connivence

Excellent staff. Convenient location to shopping, old city and Rhine as well as parks/museums. Nearby bus stops and underground train station. Excellent selection of newspapers. Breakfast dining area and food selection excellent. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Complimentary water, coffee, and tea provided. Sauna, fitness area and swimming pool were nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room size was rather crammed. Seat was not comfortable. Writing desk was too small and is cluttered with ads which are not necesary. Tried to use the small tablet on features and information of hotel could be better as it was hard to look up info. Small table with featured three magazines not necessary.

The location of the hotel was very good, but the amount of parking spots was limited.
The business room was small and standard, not 5 star quality
