Very spacious room, we are a family of four and we have plenty of space in the room. Very good location and right across the parking garage.
The reception area is a bit small and the front door quite hidden.

Spacious and clean room
Noise isolation was really good even in a room facing the street
The hotel is a bit run-down and doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel as they describe it. The location is indeed close to the central station (a few minutes walk) and Königsallee but the immediate surroundings are not so pleasent.

Best hotel I’ve had for this price, super clean, great facilities, and the breakfast is incredible! Just make sure to book breakfast ahead, it’s pricier at the hotel.

Staff was very excellent and corporative.
We had a room where someone had been smoking.
They took immediate care of it and gave us the next day another room.

The room we stayed in was very spacious. The location is overall good, it's very close to the train station and the main shopping street and the Oldtown is easy to reach. The linens and bathroom were clean
The biggest disappointment for us was that the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable (especially the pillows, we had neck pain every morning). The first night we suddenly heard a very loud, vibration noise from the walls. The receptionist came to check and told it's due to the AC's pump. We had to turn on the AC whole night to get rid of the noise (thankfully the weather was hot). The lobby is very small and you need to climb a short stair, which is uncomfortable when you have a baby stroller. Overall, I feel the price/value ratio is not good given these problems.

Rooms are pretty clean.
Breakfast is OK.
Big and fresh room.
Design of hotel was very impressive.
Location was at the heart of the city. Walking distance to everywhere.
No complimentary water.
No computer desk in the room.
