We arrived late at night and had to leave the hotel at 4:30 am the following morning. We were amazed by how close the hotel was to the arrivals area and easily found it by foot. We received a very warm welcome from reception and found our room quickly. The room was well arranged and comfortable. We are sorry that we couldn’t have breakfast there. We highly recommend the Sheraton Dusseldorf Airport hotel.

So easy to get to airport and even to Sbahn and other stations. Great breakfast. Staff was friendly and informative. Would stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located at the airport and requires just a short walk to the check in counter. The room was very clean. And one of the staff members graciously helped me weigh my suitcase.

Location as it is a 5-7 min walk from there directly into the airport terminal. They also had a good room service menu, a nice bar and also a vending machine with some snacks.

So easy for airport, s Bahn and trains. Staff were great and rooms were nice. Breakfast was a little spendy but you get what you pay for.

The room heating was not working during our stay. Despite reporting the issue three times, it was only fixed on our last day. We stayed for five days and were forced to sleep in a cold room during very cold weather. At checkout, the receptionist simply gave me the manager’s business card and told me to email them if I decide to stay at the hotel again. This is not a sufficient solution for the discomfort we experienced."

The bed and sheets are amazing. I have sometimes booked just to sleep in the bed!
The staff are usually exceptionally accommodating. But the woman who checked us in was snippy and rejected our request for an accessible room saying 'we don't have very many of them.' Well, maybe not, but we were only staying one night and none had been booked for that night. Hard to imagine four people in wheelchairs would have shown up with no reservations. So this initial negative experience coloured our stay - however the rest of the staff are lovely.
