Very Poor
When I checked in, they blocked about 800€ on my card. Then when I checked out of the hotel and checked out, I paid the full cost of my stay in cash at the reception. My money 800€ is still blocked on my card. I called the hotel directly several times. No one solved my issue. But they charged me double. Very bad hotel. Very inattentive staff. Very bad customer service. That's all I can say!!!

Was a perfect place to spend the night while waiting for the flight. Had all the amenities and airport was easily accessed. I found it great.
The only thing I missed was an ice machine.

Good hotel right in the airport so very convenient to check-in for early flights. Friendly staff.
We were given an 'old room' at the back of the hotel which was rather outdated. On arrival we noticed a filthy carpeted area near the window and other dirty carpet stains, and also rubbish left over from the previous occupant. We notified reception and someone came to try and clean the carpet and took away the rubbish. This room did not leave a very good impression.
