rooms nicely restaured welcome pack at arrival ideally located to an easy access to city center
bathroom was a nightmare (probably not restaured) with leaks from the shower flooding the floor decent breakfast no more rate are not aligned with delivered quality parking stated not recommended by staff except if you have a small car

Breakfast, for an inclusive was fair & something to help start the day... location is spot on a short walk from the vibrant quay side Hotel, a great travellers rest, functional
Carpark was a challenge & was only really told about this just before arrival and not on the booking, full transparency would of been helpful

Everything was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned every single day. The breakfast was both delicious and varied. Also, the location is perfectly central. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was good, with a decent selection of difference food in good quality. Water bottle at the reception was complimentary and was well received by me. the check in and check out process went smoothly.
The room was small as expected but the bathroom was simply to small - or the layout of the bathroom wasn't satisfactory. I'm a normal size person and i struggled just entering the shower. I woke up one night due to extreme smell of someone smoking cigarettes. It checked outside my window, but no one was smoking and it was a closed backyard where people could not stay for smoking. I checked the hallway and no one was smoking either - i expect that someone was smoking in their room. There was no way to contact the reception from the room and my only option was to get dressed and go to the reception, but i preferred to try and sleep instead since the smell would not disappear in any case if the hotel would look into it. I of course reported it the next morning and they were not able to help with it at that belated point in time, which i understood, but still annoying with the cigarette smell in a non-smoking hotel. the second night there was no issues with new cigarette smell but the smell from the night before was still hanging in the air meaning the personnel have not done anything to clear out the air in the hallways.

Very nice hotel in Dusseldorf, about 10 mins walk from main central train station and 15 min walk to the allstadt. Very clean hotel, rooms a decent size and good value for money.
