No option to park the car as car was larfer. Very expensive to park elsewhere, disappointing as I booked this hotel believing parking was included

Very close to Little Tokyo. Quiet, at least the rooms facing the yard, exceptionally quiet (although main street is traffic heavy) I could sleep with window open, which I never am able to, not even in my own house. The staff was nice and the hotel has a very zen and relaxing feeling. The area of hotel outside it very busy many people many cars but the hotel is very relaxing. It really was quiet, I could not even hear other people closing their doors, and for me, this was always a problem because everytime I would wake up, here.. really I couldn't hear anything. When walking the lobby for example I heard music and singing from the room next to mine but when I went in my room and closed the door I couldn't hear anything. Also no bathroom noise from other rooms. I was very happy about the lack of noise. If you are a fan of asian cuisine.. this is the place to be, so many to pick from, and they are quite authentic, next to the hotel there is Namu cafe which has Bingsu which is really almost like Sul Bing place from Seoul.
The part of the hotel were my room was I think maybe had some water infiltration at some point because it smelled a bit moldy, but it was cleaned regularly so the smell was on and off. My room too when checking in it smelled a bit, and I think maybe the room was not booked for a long time, because when they came to clean during our stay it was cleaned very nicely and smelled nice, but when we checked in, it was not very clean and nice smelling. So I'm not sure what happened there, but I have a good experience at this hotel and would book it again. The breakfast could be a bit more diverse, stayed for 4 nights and it got boring very fast. It wasn't bad but it could have been a bit better.

The room was small but comfortable for two people. The bed and pillows were excellent, and the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the station. The staff was very friendly. We didn’t have breakfast so we can’t comment on it.
The room was a bit small, and the air conditioning was not very effective.

Breakfast was great, staff were great, location was great. room was a little pokey, especially the bathroom. bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean.
room was a little on the smaller side and the AC had a hard time keeping up, admittedly it was a warm week and the room was south facing so the sun was beaming in.

Very cozy room, historical building right in Little Tokyo, opposite a local beer house - the food options were amazing! The breakfast also wasn't too bad.
The single room is very small and some of the pillows are old.

The location was perfect—right next to Namu Cafe, which is great if you’re a fan of bingsu. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk to the city center, with plenty of Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese restaurants nearby, making everything very convenient.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained.
The only downside was the housekeeping noise. At times, the cleaning staff were a bit too loud in the hallway, and it occasionally felt like my room was next to the service area.
That said, any concerns were addressed very quickly, and the team was responsive and efficient in resolving issues, which we really appreciated.

I was in Dusseldorf for a trade show, Location was great. Two blocks to Oststrasse U-Bahn station. You can walk to Konigsalle is 10. Hotel looks relatively new and was always clean. Breakfast was good.
I had no issues. Lighting could have been brighter in the bedroom. This was my only recommendation.

The breakfast was good, with a decent selection of difference food in good quality. Water bottle at the reception was complimentary and was well received by me. the check in and check out process went smoothly.
The room was small as expected but the bathroom was simply to small - or the layout of the bathroom wasn't satisfactory. I'm a normal size person and i struggled just entering the shower.
I woke up one night due to extreme smell of someone smoking cigarettes. It checked outside my window, but no one was smoking and it was a closed backyard where people could not stay for smoking. I checked the hallway and no one was smoking either - i expect that someone was smoking in their room. There was no way to contact the reception from the room and my only option was to get dressed and go to the reception, but i preferred to try and sleep instead since the smell would not disappear in any case if the hotel would look into it. I of course reported it the next morning and they were not able to help with it at that belated point in time, which i understood, but still annoying with the cigarette smell in a non-smoking hotel. the second night there was no issues with new cigarette smell but the smell from the night before was still hanging in the air meaning the personnel have not done anything to clear out the air in the hallways.
