Great location, close to airport and City. Good WiFi. Clean rooms. Got upgraded as a Radisson member, although I booked through booking.com.
Let's just say, I moved to another hotel around the corner, halfway through my planned stay. Tired mattresses, tired open spaces, corridors, no proper parking, even for money (the garage is out of order for months now ...), reception staff (for the first time since 2010) unhelpful and aloof ... I almost did not recognise the place.
To be fair, they had a big conference going on, but that didn't make the stay any more pleasant for us.
What a shame. This used to be my favourite hotel in Ddorf.

The location is perfect as it is near Messe.
The air-condition in the room could not reach to the average degree, eventhough it worked during all the night. There was no disposable sliippers in my room. I think that this room in general is idle and opened only in busy season during Messe.

The parking for the guests should be free, I reckon.
Aircon didn't work properly and it was quite warm in the room.
Would be great to have more power sockets, our room only had one!

Good location for the Messe and also a short walk or run to the Rhine. Facilities were good and my room was on the 10th floor and very comfortable. Shower could have been a bit better but thats it.
Breakfast was very good, I would fully recommend getting an omlette made, one of the best I've had, made the stay for me and wish I had more days fir that. Plus the chef was great too.
