Mattress was to my liking - pretty stiff and comfortable.
Check-In had me baffled. I was checked in by an employee that used a very condescending undertone the entire time. When paying, an additional 50€ surcharge was added without asking or explanation - I only caught it on the reader and had to ask about it first. They argued, that I know what this would be for, but it was never explained to me, or announced, or was even visible when booking.
The room was really disappointing as well - worn down, sink not draining properly, shower had tons of limescale and the water jets sprayed across the bathroom. The quality of the room was on a level that I'm used to from hotels that cost at most half per night. The price was definitely not justified from what I experienced.
