Good location for the Messe and also a short walk or run to the Rhine. Facilities were good and my room was on the 10th floor and very comfortable. Shower could have been a bit better but thats it. Breakfast was very good, I would fully recommend getting an omlette made, one of the best I've had, made the stay for me and wish I had more days fir that. Plus the chef was great too.

The service and staff were very good — professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the stay.

We did not like front desk staff's approach to us. Especially his calling to my wife from our room for payment when l was at meeting. It was the worst treatment we have ever received.
