Disappointing on checkin to be told superior rooms don’t have twin beds even thought it was stated on order but was told it’s wrong on booking.com they did move us to a standard room but told us we had to pay the price on booking.com which was a superior room.

room was good, though a bathroom with no doors is something that I didn't like.
Gym was poor. Very small, Nearly no equipment with no place to put your yoga mat.

Excellent service. The hotel crew makes you feel like a family stay. We felt very welcome. ☺️
The location at the harbor is spectacular: lots of restaurants, bars and other services in walking distance.
The room was in excellent condition and the bed and mattress very comfortable.
The breakfast is first class with lots of options for vegetarians and the quality of food was very good.
We loved our stay and we will surely go back. ❤️☺️
One day the coffee machine was not working and producing cups of milk foam without coffee.
The next day the machine was repaired and working fine.
The garage gate was not working and the system is complicated. The gate didn’t open and I had to park the car and walk back upstairs to the reception to ask for help. The lady was very friendly and opened the gate for me.
Please improve that system for the garage gate, it doesn’t work.

The staff were really helpful, friendly and nice. The location was amazing in a cool and safe neighborhood. The hotel was chic.

My showergel/ hand body soap dispenser in the shower was empty from day1. It was always too late to let the staff know because you’re already in the shower.
Room phone wasn’t working, so it was hard to reach the customer service/reception to ask for your needs
