Location is very good, walkable to the Rheinturm and also Altstadt. Room was extremely clean and hotel seems well organized.
Parking in the garage can get tight, one night I was not able to park in the garage because it was full.

The staff and hotel were very accommodating. My dad is in a wheelchair, so we needed an accessible room with inter-connecting door for his Caregiver's room. Everything worked out well.
For those that like walking, the Altstadt is a nice 20 min walk away.
Temperature regulation in the room seemed not be working. For wheelchair access, the shower as a slight ridge which complicates maneuvers a little.
