Very Good
The location is very good — close to the train station and also within walking distance of the city center, which makes it convenient for sightseeing on foot. The receptionist was friendly, and I also appreciated the water dispenser offering different types of water.
I had booked a single room, but I received a much better one than expected — it had a double bed, a kettle, a cooktop, and other amenities that were not mentioned in the booking. That was a pleasant surprise. The internet connection was also good, with no issues during my stay.
The biggest drawback was that my room was located next to the reception area. Every evening I could hear people talking constantly, which made it difficult to sleep. This was especially inconvenient since I had to wake up very early for a flight. I’m not sure whether the noise came from the reception or other floors, but it would be helpful if staff encouraged guests to keep quiet during night hours and avoid talking near room doors.
Another issue was a very strong sewage smell in the room upon arrival. I tried to ventilate it, but the radiators were not working, so I had to choose between staying in the cold or dealing with the smell. There was an air conditioner, but it didn’t warm the room sufficiently.
On the last night, I also heard continuous low-frequency bass noise throughout the entire night. It didn’t seem to come from inside the hotel but rather from somewhere nearby, and it was quite disturbing.

Very Good
Though a 'budget' hotel, we found it to fully meet our needs. Our budget triple room with three single beds (two positioned together to form a double) was sufficiently spacious and we made full use of the kitchenette, mainly for microwave meals. The shower worked very well, good flow and the water was always hot. Didn't hear any noise from any other guests during our three night stay, no corridor conversations or closing doors. Well located, we walked everywhere, even from and to the airport! Reception staff were excellent, very personable and helpful. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel (we made our own breakfast in the room with provisions we brought ourselves or that we bought from a nearby supermarket). Yes, we've stayed in far fancier hotels with much better rooms and facilities, but as a budget hotel this was more than satisfactory for a short stay. If we were to return, we would gladly stay at this hotel again, hence scoring it as we have.
All was fine. The automated light in the toilet could do with staying on a little longer before switching off (you then have to move, wave arm, etc., for it to switch back on), but no big deal.

Everything was good. Special mention to the staff, who were extremely helpful.
Some rooms are carpeted, so in case you have allergies etc. it's worth requesting a room without carpet.
