Location was very good, very near to the city center.
Room was just ok, could be better.
Breakfast was decent but not good enough.
There was a noticable smell in the hotel. The cleanliness is not that good.
Add more options into your breakfast. Washroom was very small and congested.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and overall found it very nice. The hotel is located on a fairly quiet corner in the center of Düsseldorf, not far from the main promenade. Another plus is its walkable distance to Düsseldorf Central Train Station – just about 8 minutes on foot. The entire building is renovated and modern, and the lobby is nicely decorated. My check-in was fast and easy. Overall, the hotel’s staff were nice and friendly. My Standard Single Room (#313) was the right size for one person, modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. All the furniture was in perfect condition. I liked the large window, which let in plenty of natural daylight, and it could be opened fully for fresh air. The city view from my room was also lovely. The twin bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided a couple of free bottles of water along with tea bags and coffee. I liked the closet section with a luggage bench, refrigerator, and safe. The bathroom was beautifully designed – I absolutely loved it. The amenities were the standard NH brand, and I liked both their quality and scent. I also really appreciated the modern and powerful hairdryer. The hotel’s Wi-Fi worked very fast. For my stay I paid €56 per night (plus €6 per night city tax), and I found this rate very reasonable for the overall high quality of the hotel. I can absolutely recommend this NH Hotel for a stay in Düsseldorf, especially if your goal is to be in the city center and close to the Central Train Station.
Not fitting my pre-arrival request for a room on the 5th floor, as was promised to me through Booking.com chat a day before my arrival. Very small and slow elevator. Very tiny shower stall in my room. Not many hangers in the closet of my room – only 4 were provided.

Everything was perfect, except that my room was the last room in the corridor which made me near the exit and entrance door of all the hotel staff. I tried several times to complain about the noise from the door, but this was never solved !

Very friendly staff. Clean modern room. Excellent position. Good beds. Good breakfast. Allowed early checkin with some extra cost but then included breakfast which was not originally included.
Only compliant is that the room were really small and we has to put our open suitcases on the floor which was very cramped.

Exceptional
I visit this city lots of time due to my job and almost I visited most of the hotels in Düsseldorf, but this hotel is really well above when comparing with other hotels. Hotel staff are so friendly, kind and very helpful. Location is the best in any aspect, walking distance from main train station and to the shopping street. Very nice cafe, restaurant and bars around. Easy access to public transport (less than 2 min).Hotel is well maintained and its really worth for the money. It will be my next stop again for sure.

Staff: The staff seemed really happy to be there. They were very respectful and accommodating.
Utilities: From the mini bar in the room, to the complimentary still water. And to the little sweets offered at the entrance of the hotel. I would say that the hotel tries every trick in the book to keep you happy. And it does. It seems like it has kept the hotel values of accommodation first, while nickel and diming your customers (trying to cheap out) takes a back seat.
AC: The air conditioning unit in the room was really good. Too good in some cases. But I prefer it that way instead of choosing a weaker unit.
Cleanliness: The room was really clean and I was happy with both the bathroom's cleanliness as well as the room's
Condition: It seemed like the room had its priorities right. Everything was really well kept and in perfect working condition. Well done on that too.
Elevator: The hotel had only one elevator. I don't know if there were other hidden ones but the poor thing was going through the motions. It was trying to alternate between assisting the service team that were hard at work and the customers in all the different floors.

Good and safe location, nearby the tram and an Edeka. The room was clean and functional to my needs. It had a good hairdryer and steamer.
The space for the luggage was too small and too high. The did not have an alternative solution. For a person mobility problems is a challenge to place a 20k luggage in the stand they had at the closet area. Also, the shower area was too small.

Location could not be better, walking distance from kongsalles, my suite was very spacious and comfy, the view was nice with big windows and sunlight.
The room cleaning was not done properly, floors specifically were completely neglected and no vacuuming happened.

Staff was excellent and helpful. They were friendly and ready to assist.
The beds were hard. The room door did not offer much sound proofing. Was disturbed at odd hours by people talking and walking in the corridors. The airconditioning was patchy and no summer blanket was provided.
