Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far below expectations — especially considering the extremely high price. The room amenities did not match the cost at all. The air conditioning wasn’t working throughout our stay, and at one point we were even advised to use a portable heater instead. The towels were of very poor quality and borderline unclean, and the housekeeping was inconsistent — the room wasn’t cleaned properly and the bed sheets were not changed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price.

Location was very good, very near to the city center. Room was just ok, could be better. Breakfast was decent but not good enough.
There was a noticable smell in the hotel. The cleanliness is not that good. Add more options into your breakfast. Washroom was very small and congested.

We got upgraded from standart room, to junior suite. It was a great surprise
Breakfast options were not enough, although champagne was great, but no bacon and not much vegitables to choose of.

The breakfast was very good.
There was reconstruction work going on in the building; for example, the parking area was being repaved, and the breakfast hall was under renovation. The rooms were more or less clean, but the bathroom had clear signs of previous use, including mold, and the ceiling in the bathroom had not been repaired.
