The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. The staff, especially the reception team, were extremely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They made the experience comfortable and pleasant.
Overall, everything was very good and I had a pleasant stay.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am and the receptionist checked my booking but told me the room was not ready yet. I explained that I was going to a football match and would return around 11 pm. She said that was absolutely no problem, stored my bag, and told me to come back later.
At around 10 pm I suddenly received an email saying my booking was cancelled because payment had not been made. This was never mentioned earlier and I would have paid immediately if asked. When I returned to the hotel I had no room and had to spend hours late at night looking for another hotel. Very poor handling – at least call the guest before cancelling, especially when they already checked the booking and stored my bag.

Great location - nice rooms - breakfast looked great but we went to airport early so didn’t get to experience it - nice coffee machine in lobby - also has a cozy bar area - staff was very friendly/helpful

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and what truly makes it stand out is the staff.
They are the real gem of this place. A special thank you to the ones I’ve interacted the most with: Simone, Camila, and Carmen, who went above and beyond at every opportunity to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference.
Jean (I believe that was his name), who was on shift Sunday morning at breakfast, was also incredibly attentive and ensured everything was perfect.
Speaking of breakfast — it’s fantastic. You can enjoy a generous buffet and also order freshly prepared fish directly from the chef, which adds such a special touch to the experience.
The location is simply perfect: just a 2-minute walk from Königsallee and about 15 minutes on foot to the charming Altstadt Düsseldorf. It couldn’t be more convenient for exploring the city.
Honestly, I cannot find a single negative aspect of this hotel.
Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would return without hesitation.

The location of the hotel is perfect. With parking space. Hotel staffs are kindly. The rooms are clean.
Our room smells somebody smoked cigarettes when we enter the room. And the whole hotel is a non smoking hotel.

We did not have breakfast this time but I know that it is really good
It's a great hotel and so central that you can walk anywhere.
We will definitely use it again for our next stay in Düsseldorf!
