Cleaning service is too bad They didn’t even clean my room and they told me during check-in do you want to clean the room? I said yes Surprisingly second day they didn’t do it.

Lage sehr gut, Shoppingmeile zu Fuss erreichbar, Bahnhof sehr nahe, gutes Restaurant vor der Tür, Zimmer sehr sauber.
Alle Zimmertüren fallen laut zu. Jedes Mal wenn ein Gast oder das Reinungspersonal in ein Zimmer rein oder raus geht, knallt es recht laut und das Zimmer ruckelt. Zum ausschlafen nicht geeignet. Auch gab es keine Kleiderbügel oder Hacken im Zimmer für Kleidung aufzuhängen.

Here's a more polished and professional version of your feedback: The room was very small. While it was clean upon arrival, no housekeeping service was provided during my stay. The garbage was not collected, the towels were not replaced, and the bed was not made. I had to go to the reception myself to request fresh towels. breakfast was excellent

Breakfast was good and a room although small was clean and comforable. Most of the staff delivered great service (especially Arian who helped us when we had an issue with a room)
The check-in process was quick but it wasnt a service with a smile. I received a room with faulty A/C ( during the 40 degrees heatwave) and it took a while to get a replacement as I felt being ignored by the receptionist.

Central location within walking distance of practically everything. Good breakfast choice with quality products. Modern refurbished rooms
The hotel was advertised as having a private parking and this was an important reason why I selected it, but it turned out that it was closed for renovation. Small rooms.

Liked the cleanliness, the fact that I had a minibar with complementary water inside, the bed's comfort and size, and the friendly staff.
There was a room being rebuild on my floor, which caused a lot of wardrobes and beddings to be stored in the corridors, but I imagine that this is a very temporary thing, I was just unlucky.
