We stayed at NH Hotel for a few nights and were very happy with our experience.
We would especially like to highlight the excellent and attentive staff. The team was extremely responsive to our requests, very helpful, and always ready to assist. Their quick reactions and genuine care made our stay truly comfortable and pleasant.
We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
The hotel is a great choice for short stays and city trips, offering comfort and a high level of service.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.

There was a small problem with our room. The staff were quick to respond and fix the problem.
The staff in the bar were very friendly.

Maybe we were just unlucky, but we experienced several issues during our stay.
We were first assigned a cold room; we tried to warm it up, but the hot AC was blowing even colder air.
They then gave us another room, but after we managed to get in, the key cards stopped working. They replaced them, but the new cards didn’t work either, and even the receptionist couldn’t open the door with his master key.
We were assigned yet another room; it was warmer, but the hot AC still didn’t work. On top of that, in this room the shower head wouldn’t stay in place — it slid down while I was showering and hit me on the head.
Maybe we were just unlucky with the rooms, but we were not satisfied with the experience. The whole back-and-forth with the room changes took us about two hours, and we ended up going to sleep at 3 a.m.
The staff member who tried to assist us was polite, although clearly struggling with all the issues.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Location is nice, not far from central station.

Location, price and rooms are perfect. The lobby looks realy nice and i liked the bar with products you can buy.
The cleaning stuff supposed i checked out one day earlier, so they threw some of my personal stuff away

This can’t be a four stars hotel. The room had a very bad smell and the whole floor two. The towels had also a very bad smell that was smelling like something was burned. It was a very bad experience never ever again
