This can’t be a four stars hotel. The room had a very bad smell and the whole floor two. The towels had also a very bad smell that was smelling like something was burned. It was a very bad experience never ever again

Pleasant
Modern hotel, well located. Plenty of choice at the Breakfast buffet, quality Ok. Room relatively large and hotel quiet. Easy parking (directly under the hotel with reserved place for guest, no need to reserve in advance. Easy remote check-in with possibility to select one's room.

Insufficient light in the room + light bulb missing or dead. Maintenance and cleanliness questionable.

Wonderful
At first I got a loud room, facing the street, but on second attempt I got a really quiet and cozy room. Luckily the bed was also firm (just as I like it) so I had a very good sleep. Staff was really helpful and attentive.
I can only mention minor things: parking at EUR 25/night is not cheap and sometimes the elevator rattled, which can be a little unsettling.

The manager on the second shift usually in the evening was very nice and accommodating but apart from that everything was a disaster.
We had to change our room 3 times after 2 days of travelling since the first room was completely dirty and had the belongings including the wallet, unmade bed and cigarettes of the last person staying, the second room didnt have any air conditioning/ heating working and were finally given a third room. Instead of being apologetic the reception team was getting annoyed with us. The rooms had a constant terrible smell and were ancient. The breakfast was usually old, my colleague had to spit the small cake on our last morning there after taking a bite since it was too old and tasted off. We paid almost $800 a night and it definitely wasnt worth that. Don't recommend staying.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds and the breakfast was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The extra payment for the parking lot hotel is expensive. For 3 days staying we had to pay €75, -

Room was big enough for 2 people, breakfast was amazing with alot of choices , location was 5 min walk from central station, also alot of free parking spaces around the hotel
Parking garage is very expensive 50€ a night and toilet was not good due to it is not sound proof so anyone in the room will hear everything you do and water keep doing dripping sound after you shut it off

The receptionist “ anshita “ I’m not sure about the spilling of her name but she was unhelpful and very rude I came from long road trip already write message the the hotel about my arrival time .
But her attitude while talk the most rude person I have ever met!
I ask her about the parking hight because we have VAN car she told us it 2 meter ! When went to park our car was not fit n the parking so we ask where we can park outside as we are tourist we don’t know all place and law for the city she told me I don’t know what do you want me to do !!

Location
Not clean. I stayed at this apartment, and it was very old. It looked nothing like the photos. There were bugs everywhere, even on the bed. They claim to have a kettle, kitchenware, and a kitchenette, but there was only one pot, and it was not clean. The staff were untrained and unprofessional. At the beginning, they gave me the wrong room, which wasn’t even a proper room. Overall, my stay was a total disaster. In terms of hygiene, there was none

Very Good
Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Hotel fitness center is really nice! While the gym is small it has what you need and has a beautiful sauna and relaxation area with plenty of towels, complimentary boxes of water, and fruit.
Beds were too hard. We all woke with our hips and shoulders hurting from sleeping on our sides!
