- The location was amazing - The room was clean, big enough and neat - The staff were kind & helpful Even though I spent only a night, it was enjoyable.
After check-in time, there was a huge line to wait. Maybe more people should be encouraged to use the online check-in form, because it took me possibly 30-35 mins just to check in. Besides, all was good.

Hotel is very nice,very good breakfast restuarant and reception staff very helpful.
Further from city centre than stated on booking.com site with nothing really in the surrounding area,our rooms were no where near each other and the accessible room had no tea making facilities and when we requested one we were given a kettle and 2 cups but no tea,coffee etc.As we were so far out from centre we booked a table in the restaurant for dinner to be told as we were 3 mins late the kitchen was closed.

Room was big enough for 2 people, breakfast was amazing with alot of choices , location was 5 min walk from central station, also alot of free parking spaces around the hotel
Parking garage is very expensive 50€ a night and toilet was not good due to it is not sound proof so anyone in the room will hear everything you do and water keep doing dripping sound after you shut it off

The receptionist “ anshita “ I’m not sure about the spilling of her name but she was unhelpful and very rude I came from long road trip already write message the the hotel about my arrival time . But her attitude while talk the most rude person I have ever met! I ask her about the parking hight because we have VAN car she told us it 2 meter ! When went to park our car was not fit n the parking so we ask where we can park outside as we are tourist we don’t know all place and law for the city she told me I don’t know what do you want me to do !!
