We liked the efficient reception, che k in and check out and any reporting issues directly to them. We also found it quiet, great location, with shops nearby and with some complimentary water and fruit. Room generally with all facilities.
The aircon was basically just ventilating some air, no coldness coming out until we reported it next day. Same in the lobby. For a 4 star hotel expected better: big staines on armchair, holes in the curtains, toiletries not refilled and in old holders which fell from the wall. There was a way to ask for towels or more toiletries through am app, but thenotification was in German, didn't actually work when we tried it.

Room was a standard sized room with TV, air condition and bathroom with bathtub. Nothing fancy, nothing lacking from what you want in a hotel room.
The room felt a bit outdated and poorly maintained. There was even a leftover apple or pear stem left on the desk. The bedside lamp’s fixture was broken and hanging awkwardly. Even after rotating it to the right position, it still hung loose. In the bathroom, the wash basin’s drainage rod was broken, and at one point the sink wouldn’t drain at all. I had to call reception to get it fixed, which they did quickly. Similarly, the bathtub was missing its drain stopper, making it unusable until reception retrieved one from another room.

We saw stains on bedsheets from the beginning. The TV was super old with no up to date properties.

The temperature controller hardly works. We were present in summer, and it got pretty uncomfortable at times as it just blows out air, not cold, even if you set it to be.
Parking is very very expensive, considering the parking lot itself. Not worth it.
Room service leaves a lot to improve upon. We were said rooms are cleaned every 4th night, which is fine. Taking out trash bins and replacing toilet paper should be done everyday which we asked to be noted down during check in. However, even after that, we had to call reception and room service every 2 nights for the same.
The staff picks up phone calls after evening with a voice tone as if you are disturbing them, and they are doing a favor by just picking up the call.
