Awesome location, when you want to enjoy little Tokyo! The rooms are clean and the bed quite comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful!
The walls are on the thinner side, we heard everything going on at the rooms next to us.

Very friendly staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Initially our room was set only for one traveler but the reception staff gave us the second set when we asked and were super helpful. It was no problem for us. These things happen. The hotel is walking distance from the city centre and the train station. There is undeground and tram stations around.
The location next to train station although communicative is problematic in Düsseldorf. We came back to the hotel around 10pm and there were quite a few junkies between the metro station and the hotel. No one bothered us but we felt very unsafe which after 13 years in Germany has never been the case.
