It’s definitely a hotel, not a motel. Location is excellent, modern and clean lobby, staff is very friendly, room quite comfortable. It’s quite a good value for money and o would totally stay there again in a future visit.

The best is the proximity to the main train station and a metro station. Otherwise was alright but nothing special
I had problems with the service, they didn't correct the invoice as promised, I had approach two more times

Great location, 5 mins walk from Hauptbahnhof (we travel by train), and a straight walk (about 25 mins) to the Altstadt. Very friendly and helpful staff, small but excellent and quiet room, large and very agreeable lounge and bar area and even a lovely garden, great place to sit outside.
The ventilation in the bathroom did not work, so we had to shower with the bathroom open as the mirror would take too long to clear. The airco did not do anything even if though we heard it. Maybe in hotter summer temperatures the room could get very hot and stuffy as it is only small.

Location, staff,parking all great. Very safe as well and the garden was a welcome oasis.asian supermarket next door quick walk to center and many restaurants nearby.
