Great location, 5 mins walk from Hauptbahnhof (we travel by train), and a straight walk (about 25 mins) to the Altstadt. Very friendly and helpful staff, small but excellent and quiet room, large and very agreeable lounge and bar area and even a lovely garden, great place to sit outside.
The ventilation in the bathroom did not work, so we had to shower with the bathroom open as the mirror would take too long to clear. The airco did not do anything even if though we heard it. Maybe in hotter summer temperatures the room could get very hot and stuffy as it is only small.

Location handy for station. Room temp fine.
Staff at reception not particularly friendly or helpful. Added breakfast in morning, hadnt been told at check in where it was or if possible to do that. Why is bedding smaller than size of the bed?
