The lady in the reception was nice and helpful. The room itself was clean. But the spoiled stuff in the fridge was not nice.
The fridge and freezer had spoiled food in it from previous guests. The bathroom in the corridor had the lightswitch in a 2 cm gap between the wall and the drier. I found it on my 3rd visit. Removing the key from the lock was difficult. You have to rotate it 90 degrees before taking it out. I could not find info about the WiFi in the room. And too tired to go all the way to the bar to ask. Only 2G and 5G coverage. So it took me a while to check in to my flight as 3G or 4G was not available. Next time I prefer a hostel in the City for 4 times cheaper night... Walking through all construction sites between the airport and the hotel is a challange.

The woman who showed me to our room was very kind. She also gave us a welcome drink. It was good up to that point.
From the outside, it looks like a bar and a restaurant, so it's hard to find that it's an apartment building. When I asked the person at the bar counter, I was surprised to hear that this was an apartment. The worst thing was the loud music being played in the bar on the first floor all night long. I thought it would end by around 1am at the latest, but it continued until 4am and we couldn't sleep because of the noise. It was so loud that I complained to the bar staff after 3am, he told me that the noise would stop at 4am. I don't understand what it means. We came to Dsseldorf for our children's exams. I have used an apartment many times, but this is the first time I have not been able to sleep comfortably at night. I should have spent a little more money and stayed at another hotel. I also read reviews and didn't see anything mentioned about noise. It's very unfriendly and I don't think they should accept reservations if they have such an event all night. I heard that Germany is very strict about sound. I heard from my friend that she was complained many times at the slightest sound. So how do you explain last night's noise? My family is very disappointed. We will never use an apartment again.

Great location from the airport for a good price. Giant bathtub for my son to play in, basically a swimming pool for him. The man who helped us was incredibly nice and made things easily understandable after us flying for almost 30 hours.
There is only one thing I wasnt happy with and it was that there was no flat bed sheet in between the bed and the duvet. I found things got humid at night because of it.

I missed that the reception closes at 23:00 and we arrived at 23:30, we were so lucky the person who works there was around about to go home. He let us in and was super friendly.
It was hard to find the entrance, we actually couldn't find it before seeing him.

Really clean, close to airport, friendly personnel, cheap
No breakfast available (as some reviewers mentioned), thin flat pillows.
And a party downstairs till 4 am. That may happen rarely, but if you need to recharge your batteries, better ask in advance if theres no party booked for that day.

The attention was outstanding!,we had issues with a flight and getting a taxi, though the lady waited for us to do the check-in,really appreciated that!
Getting to the location is a little complicated if you have never been there,we struggled getting there cause the point in the map indicates that it is in the opposite side of the block, play safe and take a taxi for the better
