Wonderful
Comfortable and clean rooms, helpfull staff and public transport connections are easy to understand.
To get there is s bit confusing bc of google maps. Do not go through the big avenue/highwayesque road.

The rooms were comfortable and clean with a couple amenities (tea/coffee/water). Nice bar to hang out.
The location is great for getting away from Düsseldorf because it‘s very close to the highway.
I didn‘t like the smell of the soap. Also prices for parking and breakfast and drinks are quite high, especially considering the location of the hotel.

Clean, quiet, pretty good breakfast and helpful staff.
Staff from the evening shift does not pass the info onto the morning one, causes confusion, but all solved. A bit far away from the city centre, but for the price it's alright.

Disappointing
I have been staying here every September for a number of years on business. Its a comfortable hotel close to Messe. Its clean and the bar area is good
The A/C was noisy and barely did anything. I went downstairs 3 times to talk to someone about it. However there was a constant queue at reception. This was in part due to the fact that only 1 person was working on there. In previous trips there has always been two on reception during busy periods. As a result I didnt have a good sleep, the room was too warm and noisy. I informed them when I checked out. I didnt get any apology just "I will let maintenance know". The cost used to be reasonable to stay here. But 202 euros for this hotel and its facilities is too expensive, especially when one can really describe the rooms as "ok" and the A/C not working. Next year I will probably look for a new place to stay
