I am a regular guest and for a good reason. The hotel is serene, the rooms have a soothing and serene decor and are super comfortable. The Level lounge is a perfect place for some F&B and to work. It's one of my favourite hotels in the world and I have stayed 1000's of nights at hotels.
The checkout at 0530 was an annoying experience. The receptionist took very long to check me out, did not manage to get me a bill and although I repeatedly told him I was in a hurry to go the the airport, he did not seem to bother. I asked him twice if I needed a validated exit card to exit the parking. He said it was not needed. I carried all my luggage down, drove to the barrier and it was closed, not button for communication and a ticket was needed. When I went all the way up to the reception again to ask for a card and to complain, he started shouting at me that he wanted to be respected and that he would only help me if there would be respect. A proud man who does not make me leave the hotel with a pleasant feeling

Restaurant was poorly ventilated with cooking odours from kitchen.
Room key cards had to be reset continuously as the key system was too sensitive to proximity to phones or bank cards. Not good.
